Some people have the nerve to believe that their happiness depends on someone else. #Happiness is a choice, not a circumstance. When you require people or circumstances to dictate your happiness, then you are setting yourself up for failure. What's more is each time a circumstance doesn't work in your favor, the more miserable you become. Manipulation  Games I've been on & off of dating sites.  As someone over 50, who is level headed, and has their life together, finding someone suitable is very difficult.   As I am on, I see the same faces month after month. It is apparent that people are broken and in search of someone to repair them.  I recently read a post that said, "He's just broken". (reply) "There are 8 other women trying to fix him. Don't get sucked into being a part of his constriction crew."  Men seem to be always 'under construction' —  right! What a poor excuse to evade commitment... Just Breathe!

Many people overlook the fact that breathing has anything to do with health and fitness, but it does. What most people don't know is that your breathing pattern changes with every emotion you experience. In martial arts and yoga, they making breathing an exercise all on it's own, of course they also practice meditation along with it—but I don't; I just concentrate on my breathing and posture and any tension I am releasing.  On an inhale , your heart rate speeds up, increasing blood flow through arteries to the lungs, so more blood can be oxygenated.  On an exhale , your heart rate slows, decreasing blood flow to the lungs forcing CO2 (heavy air) out of the lungs.  The benefits of breathing as an exercise is it— Reduces Stress Increases Oxygen to Cells Reduces Muscle Tension Reduces Neck and Lower Back Pain Improves Stability of the Lumbar Spine (posture) Reduces Blood Pressure/Resting Heart Rate Improves Mental Clarity Improves Sleep Reduces Anxiety ...
