Self Awareness

Many people go through life with no self-awareness — and act as though they are the only ones who matter — and their projects are of higher importance than yours. They source out people with low self-esteem to gain their affection — and display theirs in return; I call this fake-friendship because there is a motive behind it—because it meets their (perceived) need — whatever it may be (likes/new followers/attention/backing).

It's true that you shouldn't care what others think — but that's when you are pursuing a new project, challenge, or a workout or small business.

When it comes to using others—or treating them with little regard, you ought to be concerned...

It's important to examine yourself, question yourself and correct yourself if you wish to show others that you are one who walks with integrity.

Here is the take away:

Your challenge/vocation is yours — do it well.

Your character/reputation is not yours — treat others well.

How you treat others is their story/testimony against you—and you are NOT the deciding factor when it comes to how they tell it!
