There are many benefits to working out; I'm sure you know many of them are health related; but there are other benefits you may not be aware of.

In order to find the motivation to start a training program, you will need to know what's going to get your motor running. Here are some thoughts to get you started:

  • Working out builds sexual stamina.
  • You increase in physical strength.
  • You improve/retain your health.
  • Working out builds masculinity (men).
  • Working out improves your physical appearance.
  • Working out empowers you - you are able to take on challenges effectively.
  • Working out increases your libido.
  • Working out raises your endorphins.
  • Working out boosts your self-confidence.
  • Working out slows the aging process.
  • Working out helps you sleep better at night.

  • When you workout regularly, you show others that you care & respect yourself & they in turn will have a level of respect for you.

The final point (one of my favorites); no one shows respect to someone who doesn't respect themselves; working out shows others that you do!
